Emphasis on input quality and compliance with hygiene regulations **Position Objective:** Ensure all branch warehouses are staffed with qualified personnel and maintain optimal inventory levels, guaranteeing input availability and minimizing waste, aligned with restaurant industry standards. **Requirements** * **Gender:** Unspecified * **Education:** Degree in Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of inventory supervision experience in the restaurant or retail sector **Technical Knowledge and Technological Skills:** * Handling of perishable goods * Inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) * Hygiene and food safety regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level) * Experience with inventory management software (preferably Oracle Inventory or similar) **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and time management * Analysis and decision-making * Problem-solving and results orientation * Effective communication **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise inventories, goods receipts and dispatches, and periodic physical counts. * Ensure proper product rotation to prevent losses and expirations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose improvement actions. * Establish maximum and minimum inventory levels per branch. * Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely supply. * Verify input quality and monitor returns and inter-branch transfers.
