Join the challenge as: **Project Engineer** **What Do You Need?** * 5 years of project management experience. * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or related field. * Leadership, communication, coordination, teamwork, conflict management and resolution, analytical and problem evaluation skills, decision-making ability, follow-up, organization, adaptability, integrity, ethics, and high-level customer service orientation. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Define project scope in collaboration with relevant departments; develop layout proposals aligned with project scope; prepare cost estimates and multiple solution alternatives for projects, enabling comparative analysis by departments to identify the optimal business solution. * Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for each project. * Conduct technical-economic feasibility studies and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
