Leadership in medical device manufacturing A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking a **Production Manager**. **Requirements** * **Education:** Mechatronics Engineering, Chemistry and Pharmacy (QFB), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of experience in production management or supervision within the medical device industry. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Proficiency in **NOM\-241\-SSA1**, **ISO 13485**, and Risk Management (**ISO 14971**). **Main Responsibilities** * Execution of production plans and KPI monitoring. * Management of operational staff and supervision of protocols in Clean Rooms. * Implementation of Lean Manufacturing to reduce scrap and optimize production lines. **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Direct employment by the company. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Bonuses for achieving production targets * Transportation service (subject to location) * **Growth:** Career development plan within a solid corporate structure. * **Stability:** Permanent employment contract following probationary period.
