Electromechanical Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance, capable of diagnosing and resolving equipment failures, and possessing leadership skills to coordinate technical staff. Key Highlights: 1. Technical team leadership and supervision 2. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 3. Diagnosis and resolution of failures in industrial equipment ✅ Education and Knowledge * Technical or engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial electricity (low and medium voltage) * Industrial mechanics * Pneumatics and hydraulics * Motors, pumps, compressors, and transmissions * Reading of **electrical and mechanical drawings** * Basic automation (PLCs, sensors, frequency inverters) ✅ Experience * **3 to 5 years** (approx.) in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Experience in: * **Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** * Diagnosis and resolution of failures * Equipment startup and shutdown * Work in plants, factories, or industrial processes. ✅ Leadership and Management * Ability to **supervise and coordinate technicians** * Assign tasks and track work progress * Train personnel * Strong communication with production, quality, and safety departments * Decision-making under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
