If you have experience in traffic and logistics and want to be part of a leading team in the manufacturing industry, this opportunity is for you!*** **Location:** Carretera Cuautla\-Ocuituco s/n, Tlacotitlan, Yecapixtla, Morelos, C.P.\- 62820\. **Important:** Do not live more than 1 hour away from the workplace. **EDUCATION:** Technical / Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance programming **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Assist in developing the specified maintenance plans to ensure the availability of machinery and equipment at EEEISA. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **ADMINISTRATIVE:** * Use personal protective equipment for the performance of assigned tasks. * Comply with area policies and procedures, as well as the 5S program. **OPERATIONAL BY POSITION** * Verify that activities and spare parts listed in work orders within the ERP System are correct according to the type of maintenance. * Audit the closure of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in the ERP System until machinery maintenance is fully completed. * Verify that preventive maintenance is performed on-site at the machine. * Verify that spare part consumption and quantities in preventive and corrective maintenance orders are accurate. * Provide suggestions to facilitate and speed up maintenance processes. * Provide support to operators using the ERP System regarding platform consultation and operation. * Monitor operating hours of compressors and vacuum pumps to request spare parts for monthly preventive maintenance. * Request spare parts every three months for preventive maintenance of forklifts and vans. * Follow up on purchase requisitions submitted for scheduled maintenance. * Supervise daily preventive maintenance activities. * Assist in verifying the proper availability of machinery and spare parts required to carry out preventive maintenance. * Conduct on-site audits to verify replacement of used, obsolete, or old parts with new ones. In cases where new parts were not replaced, assess whether the replacement frequency is appropriate and/or requires adjustment.
