Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Coordinate continuous improvement projects and monitor their implementation. Train operational staff on improvement tools and organizational culture. Measure and report results using key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with different departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Must reside in the state of Morelos at the time of application. Education: Industrial, Textile, or Process Engineering or related field.
