Join our team as "Industrial Electrician" We are seeking an Electrician to provide electrical maintenance services for machinery and equipment in order to minimize production downtime. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform electrical repairs on machinery based on work orders, achieving the highest quality execution in the shortest possible time. * Carry out scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities. * Record and control the use of spare parts. * Report any abnormalities detected in machinery to the Supervisor to prevent failures. * Provide suggestions to the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager for continuous improvement. * Document all activities performed during their shift in their reports. * Always perform tasks ensuring personal safety and equipment safety. * Comply with applicable Quality Management System requirements. * Contribute to meeting performance indicators for their process. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum education: High school diploma or Technical degree in electrician, electromechanical, or related field. * Experience: 6 months in similar roles within industry ***Knowledge and skills:*** * Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams. * Repair of electrical panels in machinery. * Electrical network installation. * Basic knowledge of applicable Mexican official standards. * Capacity and willingness to perform work at heights. ***We offer:*** * Statutory and additional benefits * Cafeteria service * Transportation assistance * Medical service * Optical assistance * Recreational activities * Professional development opportunities * Referral bonus Location: Gütermann Polygal Mexicana S.A. de C.V.
