Requirements: * University Technical Degree in Maintenance, Machinery and Tools, or Electromechanics. * **2 or more years of experience in maintenance of plastic injection processes.** **Job Mission** Carry out mold installation, adjustment, preventive and corrective maintenance on injection machines, as well as participate in commissioning and programming of next-generation machines, ensuring their proper operation, operational efficiency, and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **installation and removal** of molds on injection machines. * Carry out **mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic adjustments** on machines. * Program and set operating parameters on **next-generation injection machines** (e.g., with PLC, HMI, digital interfaces). * Ensure proper **machine start-up**. * Diagnose and resolve **mechanical, electrical, or programming failures**. * Participate in the **calibration of sensors, actuators, and automated systems**. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** according to established plans. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance and availability. * Document completed work, programming records, and adjustments made.
