




Location: San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, Mexico Job Type: Full-time Department: Administration / Finance / Accounting Job Objective: Provide comprehensive support to the office's administrative and accounting operations, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, efficient management of service providers, compliance with administrative, tax, and immigration procedures for Japanese expatriate staff, and active collaboration in accounting processes such as monthly closings. Key Responsibilities * **General Office Administration:** * Oversee maintenance and operation of facilities. * Coordinate and manage service providers and office supplies vendors. * Control inventory of office supplies and administrative assets. * **Expatriate Staff Management:** * Support immigration, tax, and administrative procedures for Japanese employees. * Coordinate with external agencies and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. * Provide logistical and documentary support during arrival, stay, and departure processes. * **Accounting Support:** * Participate in the office’s monthly accounting closings. * Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations. * Support internal and external audits. * **Other Administrative Functions:** * Prepare administrative reports for management. * Assist in organizing corporate events or international visits. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies. **Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (conversational) is mandatory**, as this position involves interaction with Japanese staff.
