




The Tecnológico Universitario del Valle de Chalco, an educational institution within the Jesuit University System, through the Administrative Directorate and the Physical Plant Coordination, issues the following: **CALL FOR APPLICATIONS** To individuals interested in filling a full-time operational technical position (with the possibility of obtaining permanent status upon completion of the specified period), whose main responsibility will be as **supervisor responsible for providing maintenance services for facilities, equipment, and infrastructure**, applications are invited according to the following: **BASIS** The maintenance supervisor will be responsible for maintaining university equipment, facilities, and infrastructure in optimal working condition. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation of institutional assets. **Main Responsibilities**: · Perform minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, patching wall holes, etc. · Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. · Carry out garden or pathway maintenance tasks: mowing lawns, collecting trash. · Availability to move furniture and equipment. · Complete maintenance logs and reports. · General building maintenance. · Participate in safety and hygiene committees. · Participate in civil protection brigades. · Support institutional activities, events, and integration programs at TUVCH. · Manage, request, and distribute furniture, materials, supplies, equipment, and/or tools according to TUVCH's needs. · Generate documentation requested by immediate supervisor. · Provide purified water supply to designated areas. · Verify compliance with service delivery by suppliers. **Knowledge Requirements**: · Basic knowledge of hydro-pneumatic systems. · Proficiency with measurement instruments and mechanical tools. · Welding knowledge. · Painting skills. · Drywall (Tablaroca) knowledge. · Hydraulic systems knowledge. · Basic carpentry skills. · Electrical installation knowledge. · Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems. · Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet). Applicants for the Maintenance Supervisor position must meet the following profile: · Upper secondary education or TSU (Technical Superior University) degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Electricity. · Two years of prior experience in maintenance services for buildings, facilities, or educational institutions. · Work location is in the municipality of Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, State of Mexico; priority will be given to candidates residing within one hour travel time from the university. · Commitment to professional development and openness to the working culture of Jesuit universities. **CANDIDATE EVALUATION PROCESS** **First Phase:** Preliminary selection of applicants based on academic and professional background.
