Positions available: Maintenance Supervisor with mandatory experience in real estate Requirements: Education: Degree or near completion in electromechanical, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of buildings, corporate offices, shopping centers, or related areas. Main responsibilities include: * Managing preventive and corrective maintenance in corporate buildings * MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE OF CRITICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE FACILITIES AREA * Supervision and preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment (air conditioning systems including package units and chillers, water treatment systems, vertical transportation, emergency power plants, pumping systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, etc.) * Personnel management * Training and evaluating staff under supervision on maintenance techniques, operations, and tools * Ensuring supply and purchasing of spare parts for maintenance * Budget administration * Vendor relations * Planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitoring and control of performance indicators We offer: Gross monthly salary: $25,700 MXN Benefits according to labor law Major medical insurance Life insurance Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (2 hours for meals), with weekends off, plus availability for on-call duties one Saturday and Sunday per month, as well as availability to respond to emergencies Work location: Prestigious building at Av.
