Become part of a solid company that bets on the growth of its people and innovation at every step. **Main Responsibilities:** **Credit Management and Supervision** * Verify and follow up on credit placements made by advisors under your supervision. * Drive growth of the branch's customer portfolio. * Supervise portfolio recovery and coordinate preventive collection actions. * Ensure proper control and updating of customer files with delays. **Leadership and Team Development** * Coordinate, guide, and support the team to ensure efficient performance. * Onboard and train new employees in their roles and processes. * Supervise and implement customer service processes and services. * Follow up on customer promotion and training through the advisory team. **Branch Operations and Administration** * Ensure timely opening and closing of the branch. * Coordinate and supervise the efficient use of material and financial resources. * Perform and record weekly cash audits. * Follow up on pending bank deposits in the system. * Assume all responsibilities of the manager in their absence. **What do you need to apply?** * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial sector. * Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure. * Interest and willingness to work in the field. **Key Skills:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Results orientation and sales ability. * Effective communication and customer service. * Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and initiative. **Required Knowledge:** * Excel. * Credit Bureau analysis. * 5 C’s of credit. * Credit placement and recovery processes. **What we offer:** * Base salary of $11,300 per month * Portfolio-based commissions * Travel allowance * Equipment and mobile phone line * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Uniforms * Ongoing training Take the next step in your professional journey and let's build success together.
