We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead talent management within our organization, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and contributing to team growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. * Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. * Manage employee files, contracts, and legal documentation. * Supervise attendance control, leave requests, vacations, and absences. * Coordinate staff training and development programs. * Implement internal Human Resources policies and resolve labor incidents. * Foster a positive and productive work environment. * Ensure compliance with labor and occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or personnel administration. * Knowledge of payroll, labor legislation, and social security. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. * Proficiency in HR management software and administrative tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
