This position targets organized profiles with excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to meeting objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Portfolio Management:** Control and monitoring of client balances per development. * **Payment Follow-up:** Constant monitoring of accounts receivable and reconciliation of balances. * **Negotiation:** Collection management via phone calls and messages, always maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach. * **Administrative Control:** Support in billing processes and income recording. * **Reporting:** Accurate registration, updating, and reporting of information in Excel. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Higher education studies (preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields).
