What would your responsibilities be? * Report progress and results to management teams. * Negotiate with clients and participate in **strategic decision-making**. * Design **high-quality interfaces in Figma** and create prototypes using Figma. * Conduct **usability testing (PDU), Maze testing, and/or A/B testing**. * Perform **user research**: interviews, benchmarks, and trend analysis. * Create visual presentations for **marketing and sales**. * Lead ideation sessions, define user journeys, blueprints, and user personas. * Collaborate actively with **UX researchers and developers**. * Design and document **design systems, components, and user flows**. * Ensure digital products comply with **accessibility and usability** standards. What do we require? * Proven experience as a **Lead UX/UI or Senior Product Designer**. * Proficiency in **Figma** (pixel perfect), Protopie, and prototyping tools. * Knowledge of **usability testing, A/B testing, and Maze** (desirable). * Experience in **research**: interviews, surveys, benchmarks. * Creation of **wireframes, user flows, user journeys, and blueprints**. * Experience presenting and defending design proposals to **stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams**. * Knowledge of **design systems, accessibility, and process documentation**. * Team collaboration, both in-person and remotely.
