A leading company in the advertising sector, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of signage and billboards, as well as the rental of advertising spaces, is seeking a **BRANCH MANAGER**. Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, NL. **Position Requirements:** · Completed degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 3 years’ experience managing operational offices. · Preferably within the metal-mechanical or outdoor advertising industry. · Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.). · Personnel management experience (5–8 operational staff). · Valid driver’s license and experience driving light commercial vehicles (pick-ups). · Willingness to travel. **Position Objective:** Ensure the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of daily office operations under your responsibility by optimizing processes, effectively managing resources, leading teams, and guaranteeing achievement of strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities: * Optimize the management of material, technological, and financial resources to maximize efficiency and performance. * Ensure daily operations contribute timely to achieving the company’s overall objectives. * Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure products and services meet internal and customer expectations. * Simplify, streamline, and—where appropriate—automate operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. **Main Position Activities:** * Execute and monitor the operational schedule assigned to your office. * Coordinate installations and removals of billboards, artwork changes, monitoring, and structural maintenance of advertising displays. * Prospect new sites for advertising placement. * Address damages caused to third parties during installation, removal, and other operational activities. * Ensure legal compliance for office operations (liaison with government authorities). * Safeguard and support the delivery and receipt of contracts and legal documents. * Process permits and licenses with local and federal authorities. * Manage and control budget and material resources (including vehicles). * Manage internal and external personnel (contract workers). **Employment Offer:** · Gross monthly salary of $19,700 · Payment frequency: biweekly · Meal vouchers: 6% · Savings fund: 5% · Permanent employment (first 3 months probationary period). · Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · On-site work mode. · Opportunities for professional growth and development. · Collaborative and motivating work environment. · Ongoing training.
