**Senior Full-Stack Developer – AI & Product Acceleration** **CDMX (Hybrid)** Santillana is looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Developer** to develop and deploy applications into production, integrating generative AI and optimizing continuous delivery pipelines. **Responsibilities:** * Full-stack development (frontend + backend) with production deployments. * Integration of AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) into workflows and features. * Use of copilots and AI tools to accelerate coding, documentation, and testing. * CI/CD, automation, containers, and observability. * Optimization of performance, security, and production costs. **Technical Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience with React/Next or Vue/Angular + Node.js or Python. * Experience with generative AI (Copilot, Claude Code, etc.). * Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. * Continuous delivery mindset and end-to-end ownership. **Desirable:** * Experience in innovation/acceleration environments. * Process automation using AI.
