Grill Cook A with experience in the grill area 2. Kitchen Assistant for the production area with a minimum of 2 years’ experience **Job Requirements** * Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen utensil handling. * Verifiable work experience; recommendation letter preferred. * Basic knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices. * Ability to follow recipes and ensure consistency in dish preparation. * Skills in organizing the workstation and managing time to maintain efficiency. * Capacity to contribute creative ideas for developing new dishes or adjusting the existing menu. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Good communication skills with other kitchen team members. * Flexibility to adapt to changing service needs and kitchen operations. * Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s recipes and established standards. * Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in each preparation. * Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory, reporting ingredient and supply replenishment needs. * Guarantee that dishes meet the restaurant’s presentation and quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas. * Communicate effectively any kitchen-related needs or issues. Work Schedule: * Monday through Sunday (with a mid-week day off), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Costa Brava Restaurant Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month (range depends on candidate’s qualifications) * SALARY INCREASE possible after probationary period.
