**Químicos y Solventes de Morelos** We are a 100% Mexican company with over 35 years of experience supplying chemical products and their derivatives... **Due to growth, we are seeking: Bid Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * **Minimum 1 year of experience with the Compras MX system.** * Experience preparing technical and economic proposals. * English proficiency desirable. * **Willingness and ability to travel.** * **Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.** **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring bidding events on the Compras MX portal, as well as on state and local government portals. And others… * Analyzing and summarizing bidding announcements for various types of procurement events. * Requesting required documentation—specified in tender bases—from internal company departments, reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating it for proposal preparation. * Preparing and reviewing technical, legal/administrative, and economic proposals. * Attending convoking offices to participate in clarification meetings, opening of proposals, and/or award decisions. * Uploading and digitally signing proposals on the Compras MX portal. * Analyzing offered line items versus minutes of proposal opening or award decisions. * Registering the company in supplier registries of interest. * Communicating effectively with various departments across the company.
