Valles. **Job Requirements:** * Technical High School Diploma **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage staff activities according to the weekly production plan to ensure timely and proper execution of processes and achievement of departmental operational objectives. * Conduct and supervise microbiological evaluations, certification of matrices and plates, and preparation of culture media using aseptic techniques to ensure the microbiological quality of the fungal production process. * Ensure proper product development during solid-state fermentation by monitoring process times and executing mycelium breaking at the correct time and in accordance with established procedures. * Ensure environmental monitoring, thorough cleaning of laboratory areas, and supervision of product microbiological contamination through implementation of cleaning programs, monitoring records, and area certification per established procedures to detect deviations promptly. * Comply with and promote safety protocols, good laboratory practices, and training programs by applying established guidelines. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Results-oriented mindset. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
