Requires precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. **We are seeking: Mold Assembler** **Job Objective:** Perform assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and preventive/corrective maintenance of molds on plastic injection machines, ensuring proper operation and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Assemble and disassemble molds on injection machines according to production scheduling. 2\. Precisely adjust and align molds to ensure proper injection cycles.2\. 3\. Inspect and clean molds before and after use. 4\. Record performed activities in company-defined forms or systems. 5\. Collaborate with machine operators and maintenance technicians to optimize mold performance. Job Requirements 1\. Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Plastics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience assembling molds in plastic injection processes. **Technical Knowledge:** 1\. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. 2\. Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments (torque wrenches, micrometers, comparators). 3\. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and injection systems. 4\. Familiarity with lifting systems (overhead cranes, hoists). **Skills:** 1\. Precision and attention to detail. 2\. Teamwork. 3\.
