




Job Summary: Plan the delivery and receipt of material resources in the warehouse, ensuring supply and distribution for maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of records and warehouse organization **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan the delivery and receipt of material resources stored in the Lipu warehouse, ensuring overall supply and distribution to the Maintenance Workshop area or other departments. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Fulfill daily requisitions submitted by the Maintenance Workshop. * Complete the industrial waste logbook within the warehouse area. * Maintain warehouse stock of materials required for vehicle fleet maintenance. * Receive spare parts delivered by suppliers. * Receive, organize, and safeguard materials in the warehouse. * Verify that invoices, purchase orders, and spare parts match in price, brand, and quantity. * Record approved spare parts from purchase orders into the system, label components, and ensure theoretical location matches physical location. * Place various spare parts in their assigned locations. * Clean shelves and all areas comprising the warehouse. * Register and deliver requisitions generated by maintenance to keep theoretical and physical inventory levels aligned. * Notify the maintenance department of received spare parts so they may access them and perform maintenance on units. * Generate SICs (Stock Issue Certificates), both for stock and immobilized units, to maintain inventory stock levels. * Keep the code catalog up to date. * Conduct cyclic counts of stored spare parts. Keep the administrative inventory process current. * Return materials/spare parts to suppliers when they do not match requested specifications, or initiate warranty claims if defective. * Perform daily data download from the Oracle system. * Safeguard and deliver cleaning supplies to the custodial staff member (if applicable to the UN). * Safeguard and deliver vehicle cleaning kits to the coordinator designated by the Operations area (if applicable to the UN). * Availability to rotate shifts **Requirements:** * Higher education — Bachelor's degree **Skills** * Physical stamina * Inventory management * Speed and agility * Attention to detail * Excel proficiency * Safety and health awareness * Adaptability * Problem-solving ability * Teamwork and communication * Logistics knowledge Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
