




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procedures, recruitment, selection, hiring, and staff training, as well as monitor employee performance evaluations and personnel files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and Human Capital Role 2. Recruitment and Selection Management 3. Training Design and Delivery Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital, Psychology, Administration, or related field; graduated or intern. Experience Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative and human capital roles. Knowledge Development of procedures, job descriptions, personnel recruitment and selection processes, and training course design and delivery. Schedule Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 16:30 hrs. \- Review, update, and, if necessary, create standardized or operational procedures corresponding to the department. \- Carry out the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for personnel. \- Deliver initial training to new staff, as well as ongoing training relevant to the department. \- Monitor staff performance evaluations according to the established frequency. \- Verify that the documentary information contained in employee files is up-to-date in accordance with applicable standardized operating procedures. \- Participate in internal and external audits by providing requested information related to the department. \- Support company administrative and operational activities. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
