We are Smart Center, a 100% Mexican company with over 20 years in the market We invite you to join our team as: OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR **Experience:** 1 year of experience as a supervisor 1 year of experience in SALES **Education:** Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree * Knowledge: Quality checklist, quality guidelines, quality KPIs, monitoring, and feedback **Skills:** * Teamwork, honesty, communication, learning ability, analytical thinking, and sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Manage the work team * Provide feedback to telephone agents * Manage ATC KPIs (NPS, FCR, TURNOVER) * Operational profile, supporting agents * Handle incidents * Calibration activities * Weekly and monthly reporting * Develop instructional support materials for continuous improvement **We offer:** * Base salary: $8,500 MXN (gross) * Productivity bonus: $2,500 MXN * Uncapped commissions (up to $20,000 MXN) * Statutory benefits * Full shift: Monday to Friday, 08:50–18:20 hrs || Saturdays, 09:00–17:00 hrs * Job stability If you meet the profile and are interested, apply now and we’ll contact you immediately.
