Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Validator with experience in managing automotive files to analyze the authenticity and validity of documents, verify records, and monitor legal statuses. We are currently recruiting a **Document Validator** to work at **Gran Sur** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive file management, vehicle purchase\-sale processes, or document auditing * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Analyze the authenticity and validity of invoices, titles of ownership, and sellers' identification documents * Verify payment history (e.g., vehicle taxes, registration renewals) and fines with relevant authorities to avoid liabilities * Consult and monitor the legal status of vehicles on security platforms and with the prosecutor’s office * Compile and digitize the complete vehicle file * Immediately detect and report any irregularities or potential fraud in submitted documentation **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **We Offer:** * $12,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Pleasant working environment If this position interests you, please apply through this channel or send your CV via WhatsApp to 56 6227 1142 We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
