




We are seeking a committed professional with an analytical mindset and the ability to maintain precise control over operational and administrative costs and inventories at **Radisson Hotel Cuernavaca**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree holder or recent graduate). * Minimum 1 year of experience in cost control, inventory management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Knowledge of COI (Cost of Inventory). * Operational work skills (e.g., warehouse verification, supplies inspection, etc.). * **Flexible schedule availability** from Monday to Saturday, aligned with the hotel’s operational needs, including possible weekend or holiday work. * Results-oriented profile, with initiative, commitment, and leadership capacity in operational areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cost control and analysis for food, beverages, and supplies. * Physical and documentary inventory verification. * Preparation of cost variance and shrinkage reports. * Support for internal audits and reconciliation of warehouse transactions. * Coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, and Kitchen departments. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Grocery vouchers. * A professional and collaborative work environment.
