The primary objective is to deliver high-quality service by supporting policyholders throughout the entire claim reporting and resolution process. Main Responsibilities * Contact customers by phone and collect required information. * Explain the remote service process to policyholders. * Conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp to receive documents, photos, and damage reports. * Provide advisory support and end-to-end case resolution assistance. Requirements * Partial or completed undergraduate degree. (Verifiable) * Proven experience in customer service. * Strong customer service orientation and passion for helping others. * Flexible availability (rotating 10-hour shifts). * Clean credit bureau report (report required).
