**Electromechanic** **Main responsibility:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks by applying practical knowledge of machinery, using analytical judgment of operating conditions to achieve the highest degree of precision. **Education:** * Industrial Maintenance Technician. * Electrical Engineer / Incomplete degree. * Mechanical Engineer / Incomplete degree. * Industrial Engineer / Incomplete degree. **Requirements:** * Electricity and control (medium and low voltage) * Industrial mechanics * Electric welding * Principles of industrial safety * Hydraulic and sanitary installations **Responsibilities:** * Ensure and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in production and service areas to avoid unplanned downtime and support daily operations timely and effectively. * Prepare machinery and equipment reports according to the established quality management system, so that appropriate corrective actions can be implemented promptly in case of any deviation, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Perform and maintain maintenance activities in compliance with BPMS, POES, biosafety, and food safety procedures. * Implement and sustain the 5S methodology across all workstations (production process, workshop, and office).
