Interdepartmental collaboration and continuous process improvement Job Summary Ideas Mobiliarium is seeking a warehouse clerk responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution of the company’s materials and products. The primary objective is to optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency, ensuring effective and safe operation of the entire internal logistics chain. This position carries high responsibility, as it directly impacts the organization’s sustainability, performance, and profitability. **Main Responsibilities** · Plan and execute the warehouse’s overall logistics strategy. · Supervise and control inventory, inbound and outbound flows, material turnover, and minimum stock levels. · Manage tools: receipt, maintenance, usage, and tracking. · Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on movements, deliveries, and procurement. · Collaborate with the production manager and other departments to address emerging market scenarios. · Lead goods receiving and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders (POs). · Guarantee efficient physical layout and spatial distribution within the warehouse (logical layout). · Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. · Supervise processes such as picking, warehouse maintenance, and implementation of safety measures. · Prevent duplicate item codes and implement a control system to reduce obsolete or unnecessary inventory. · Actively participate in continuous improvement of logistics and warehousing processes. **Requirements** · Academic: · Completed higher education (preferably in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields). · Alternatively, minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations. · Technical Knowledge: · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (filters, pivot tables, etc.). · Familiarity with internet and email usage. **Availability:** · Flexible schedule and adaptability to job requirements. · 100% on-site work at office and warehouse (exceptions apply). · Others: · Gender-neutral. · Skills and Competencies · Effective communication (oral and written). · Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. · Practical and efficient problem-solving. · Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making. · Organization and self-discipline. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. · Flexibility and willingness for continuous learning. · Responsibility and adherence to established procedures. · Strong leadership grounded in respect for hierarchy and focused on goal achievement. · Reliability, punctuality, and dynamism. **How to Apply?** Submit your resume in PDF format to the email address: dulce.manrique**@gcdi.com.mx**.
