Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead production engineering development, production order preparation, process design and implementation, and cross-departmental coordination to optimize operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Development of production engineering and detailed fabrication drawings. 2. Leadership in the design and implementation of complete production processes. 3. Key interdepartmental coordination for operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities Production Engineering Development: **Preparation of construction drawings and shop drawings for manufacturing.** Generation of detailed fabrication drawings for each component to be manufactured. **Specification of materials, thicknesses, finishes, and fastening systems.** Development of technical assembly, welding, and installation details. **Integration of technical specifications required for production.** Technical validation prior to production release. Production Order Generation: **Preparation of complete production orders for each project.** Integration of approved drawings for manufacturing. **Preparation of bills of materials.** Definition of manufacturing processes. **Assignment of area-specific responsibilities.** Definition of production and delivery dates. **Documentary control of each production order.** Process Design and Implementation: The manager shall design and implement the complete production process: 1. Approved quotation 2. Technical release 3. Shop drawings 4. Engineering review 5. Production order 6. Material requisition 7. First piece 8. First-piece validation 9. Series production 10. Quality control 11. Delivery to installation site. Interdepartmental Coordination The Production Manager will be responsible for operational flow among the following departments: • Commercial Department • Engineering • Procurement • Warehouse • Production • Quality Control • Installation Their responsibility is to eliminate bottlenecks, prevent rework, and ensure production continuity. Production Planning • Development of the weekly production schedule. • Assignment of workload to production lines or manufacturing areas. • Control of installed capacity. • Prioritization of production orders based on commercial commitments. • Operational adjustments to meet delivery deadlines. Production Warehouse Control Supervision of material flow between raw material warehouse and finished goods warehouse. Responsibilities: • Control of material receipts. • Control of material dispatches per production order. * Inventory control. • Traceability of materials used per project. • Validation of materials prior to release for production.
