Job Summary: Production Manager responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing production, leading teams and applying continuous improvement methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Production planning and control to ensure order fulfillment 2. Team leadership and promotion of teamwork 3. Implementation of Lean tools for continuous improvement Main Responsibilities: · **Production Planning and Control:** Schedule daily and weekly production across cutting, assembly, finishing, and packaging lines to ensure customer order fulfillment. · **Resource Management:** Allocate personnel, materials, and machinery to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. · **Team Leadership:** Coordinate supervisors, production operators, and quality staff, promoting operational discipline and teamwork. · **Continuous Improvement:** Implement Lean tools (5S, SMED, standardization) to reduce waste. · **Compliance with Technical Specifications:** Ensure each part meets approved designs, tolerances, and customer-required finishes. · **Cross-Department Coordination:** Collaborate with material planning (purchasing), maintenance, and outbound logistics to prevent bottlenecks. · **Management Metrics:** Report daily KPIs: schedule adherence, productivity, defect rate, and material consumption. **Requirements:** · Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering or related field. · Minimum 4 years’ experience as Production Supervisor or Manager in wood, metal-mechanical, or related industries. · Proficiency in production planning within batch manufacturing environments. · ERP and production scheduling tool proficiency. · Knowledge of efficiency and quality performance metrics management. · Willingness to work on-site in Chalco or Valle de Chalco area Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
