We are currently seeking personnel to join our team. Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferably in economics or administrative fields) * 6 months of experience in similar positions * Ability to move easily on streets Responsibilities: * Supervise the start of each trip according to the scheduled route and defined service frequency for the corridor. * Balance service operations by adjusting passing frequencies in response to real-time traffic conditions and/or contingencies. * Coordinate with traffic controllers and service supervisors to optimize routes. * Track driver departures and arrivals in coordination with the Traffic Coordinator to ensure passing frequency and service continuity. * Record information using official tools, ensuring data quality. * Verify that drivers hold valid physical driver's licenses and all other documents stipulated in concession agreements, as well as confirming they are medically fit to provide the service. * Verify that drivers comply with the institutional image established by the regulatory body and/or the company.
