Position Summary: Verify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 to ensure item traceability and prevent theft in the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of route reconciliations for item control 2. Data analysis to improve deviation resolution 3. Management of pending shipments on the platform Position Objective Verify and report TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure proper entry and exit of items at units and the platform at the COP, thereby ensuring full traceability and preventing item theft. Job Functions or Activities Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations\. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of item inflow/outflow—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. Obtain information regarding items with TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies\. Identify each affected waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of the item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending outgoing shipments to Route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Requirements University degree Warehouse: 1 year in similar positions Data analysis; identify and improve indicator deviations. Inventory execution; control item inflows and outflows.
