




* Performs the following activities: dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, washing, waxing, polishing, and/or disinfecting: office and/or medical furniture, equipment and accessories, carpets, floors, lobbies, corridors, walls, partitions, doors, columns, interior and exterior windows, glass cleaning, curtains, blinds, elevators, freight elevators, and restrooms; as well as labeling, organizing, and counting the various supplies available to the company in the warehouse. * Prepares and applies detergent, disinfectant, and waxing solutions, as well as performs labeling tasks. * Transports office furniture and equipment, and arranges or rearranges them. Controls the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, articles, objects, and materials according to company procedures; identifies and reports defects in physical, hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical installations. * Cleans areas as requested; handles and stores cleaning products. * Cleans offices, furniture, desks, and all other required items across all company facilities. * Maintains warehouse restrooms in excellent condition daily. * Ensures that no supplies—such as soap or paper—are missing from dispensers at the start and end of each workday. * Removes garbage from containers and disposes of it on designated days. * Conducts general disinfection of furniture, office accessories, and facilities overall; likewise cleans floors, corridors, walls, partitions, doors, columns, interior windows, curtains, blinds, and restrooms. * Operates various solutions, detergents, disinfectants, and waxing agents.
