Committed to medical excellence, patient safety, and talent development. **Vacancy: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST** **WhatsApp contact: 5580313863** **Requirements:** **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with official degree certificate and professional license** **Availability for immediate interview and onboarding** **Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable** **Responsibilities:** * Validate, record, and manage the payment processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax requirements, and established payment timelines. * Manage internal requests for advances, expense reimbursements, and expense verifications, ensuring proper documentation control and correct accounting treatment. * Monitor and reconcile supplier account statements, identifying discrepancies, outstanding items, and ensuring accurate balance reconciliation. * Provide support and advisory services to suppliers and internal departments via telephone and email, resolving inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and administrative processes. * Prepare reports, financial analyses, and databases to support month-end closings, audits, and monitoring of Accounts Payable performance indicators. * Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, and Warehouse to ensure efficient financial information flow and effective payment management. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary of $21,800 Statutory benefits.
