




Job Summary: Responsible for payroll preparation and calculation, handling payroll incidents, managing IMSS-related procedures, and addressing staff inquiries regarding payroll. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll preparation and calculation (weekly and biweekly). 2. Knowledge of handling payroll incidents, INFONAVIT, IMSS, HC, IDSE, and SUA. 3. Direct interaction with staff to resolve payroll-related inquiries. **Responsibilities:** * **Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll.** * **Handling payroll incidents, overtime hours, absences, and benefits.** * **INFONAVIT administration.** * **Administrative management of registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS.** * **Staff interaction to resolve payroll-related questions and clarifications.** * **Statutory benefits.** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Minor medical expense insurance Meal support Life insurance Savings fund Payroll advance Discounts at department stores, etc. **Requirements:** * **Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate or letter of completion)** * **\+1 year of verifiable experience.** * **Knowledge of HC, IDSE, and SUA** **Working Hours:** **Mon\-Fri 9:00 am to 7:00 pm**
