




Job Summary: This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, handles terminations, settlements, and employee inquiries, and guarantees compliance with regulatory requirements. Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Income Tax (ISR) Job Objective Ensure correct and timely payroll calculation in compliance with tax and labor regulations, avoiding errors, fines, and rework. Key Responsibilities Payroll calculation (weekly/biweekly). Incident control: absences, tardiness, overtime, bonuses. Calculation of severance payments and settlements. Employee onboarding and offboarding. Payroll stamping and CFDI control. Employee support (payment clarifications). Report generation and information management. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of payroll experience (medium-volume environment). Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP, or similar). Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Income Tax (ISR). High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality. Availability to work Monday through Friday.
