The selected candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in dough and pastry preparation, baking, breads, viennoiserie, and fine bakery products. Skills in shaping, cutting, and glazing white bread. Knowledge of bakery machinery usage, such as mixers, blenders, scales, and cutters. Fermentation control (rustic breads, baguettes, bolillos, teleras, ciabattas, etc.). Calibration and monitoring of ovens to ensure proper baking, texture, and color. Cleaning and organization of the work area. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in the production area. We require a profile that combines technical skills with a proactive attitude and meticulous focus on product quality and presentation. This is an on-site position requiring full dedication to daily bakery tasks. The baker is expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
