Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Provide friendly and personalized customer service • Advise customers on products, sizes, and pricing • Suggest additional purchases (backpacks, socks, balls, etc.) • Organize merchandise and maintain a spotless store • Achieve weekly sales targets to earn commissions • (If appointed supervisor) open/close the store and lead the team Here, you decide how much you earn: the more you sell, the more you earn. * Rotating shifts (with a 1-hour lunch break): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday, one weekday day off; schedules and days off are rotating Attractive, tax-free income Base salary: $9,583 net monthly ➡️ Weekly payment: $2,236 (every Wednesday) Why is the weekly payment $2,236 if the monthly salary is $9,583? According to the Federal Labor Law, salaries are calculated based on the daily wage, regardless of whether payments are made weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The calculation proceeds as follows: First, determine the daily wage The monthly salary is always divided by 30 days: 9,583÷30\=319\.43 This is the daily wage. Next, multiply by the number of days in the pay period Since payment is weekly, multiply the daily wage by 7 days: 319\.43×7\=2,236 ✅ That’s why the weekly payment is $2,236—even though the total monthly salary is $9,583\. This method ensures wages are paid correctly in compliance with the law.
