The candidate will be responsible for directing and optimizing HR area processes, ensuring a positive work environment and solid labor relations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and supervise administrative operations in the Human Resources area, including payroll processing. Properly and promptly manage workplace incidents. Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. Timely implementation of internal policies and regulations. Supervise talent acquisition and retention processes. Develop and implement workplace climate and organizational culture programs. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. At least 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar generalist role. Solid knowledge of labor legislation, tax obligations, and labor relations. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strategic focus and results orientation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
