We are seeking a Customer Service Executive focused on providing timely follow-up and effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience through service validation and restoration. Main Responsibilities: * Make follow-up calls to evaluate the customer experience and confirm the status of their service (restored or intermittent). * Perform basic diagnostics to resolve service issues; if unresolved, coordinate scheduling of a technical visit with the relevant department. * Route the customer to the appropriate department for additional requests (billing, plan changes, specialized support, etc.). * Accurately record in the system the status of each interaction and procedures performed.
