Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to optimize production flow, reduce costs, and ensure process repeatability across various manufacturing areas. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to implement tangible improvements in a growing plant. We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer. Your mission will be to optimize production flow, reduce manufacturing costs, and ensure process repeatability in wood, metal, painting, and final assembly. **Key Responsibilities** · Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of production processes (cutting, machining, embroidery, assembly, packaging) for retail furniture lines. · Implement Lean Manufacturing, SMED, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). · Analyze bottlenecks, line balancing, and cycle times, proposing viable solutions for layout and material flow. · Define and document operational procedures (SOPs) and in-process quality controls. · Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) trials and transfer processes to mass production, ensuring appropriate capabilities and tooling. · Collaborate with product engineering to enhance design for manufacturability (DFM). · Train and monitor technical staff and operators on methods and standards. · Participate in the selection and validation of machinery, tools, and auxiliary equipment. **Essential Requirements** · Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. · Experience: In process engineering. · Technical knowledge: · Proficiency in time standards (MTM, time studies) and line balancing. · Lean and Six Sigma tools. **We Offer** · Competitive salary commensurate with experience (statutory benefits). · Opportunity to implement tangible improvements in a growing plant. · Stable employment in a dynamic sector (retail and commercial expansion).
