Implementation of assessment tools and technical filters **Position: Senior Recruiter – Medical Device Industry** **Location:** Chalco, EDOMEX **Schedule:** Full-time, with availability to work Monday through Saturday **Job Description:** A medical device manufacturing company is looking to add a Recruiter with experience in talent attraction processes for large-scale industrial environments. This position requires both strategic and operational skills to manage high-volume hiring, especially for technical profiles. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute mass recruitment processes for production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and other departments. * Identify, evaluate, and select candidates for positions such as electromechanical technicians, quality inspectors, delivery assistants, among others. * Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining order, accuracy, and detailed tracking. * Collaborate with area leaders to understand specific needs and adjust attraction strategies. * Implement assessment tools and technical filters to ensure alignment with required profiles. * Maintain coverage time metrics and others. * Document processes according to the Quality Management System (QMS); prior experience with ISO 13485 or similar standards is desirable. * Support internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration * Mandatory experience as Recruitment Manager or Coordinator in manufacturing companies with over 3,000 employees. * Proficiency in recruiting technical profiles. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and functional memory. * Initiative, autonomy, and results orientation. * Knowledge of quality regulations (QMS, ISO) is desirable. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a stable and growing company. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Productivity bonus. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
