We want to meet you! **Location:** Perisur. **Work Mode:** On-site: **Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of **pre-payroll, severance payments, and settlements**. * Personnel administration: onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and incident management. * Desired knowledge in: compliance with labor and tax regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT). * Employee support and guidance regarding payroll, benefits, and labor relations. * Assistance with contract signing. * Management and safekeeping of personnel files. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar position. * Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary of **$9,481** * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunity. * Excellent work environment.
