We are seeking an **Administrative Coordinator** to lead, supervise, and strengthen our internal processes to ensure optimal patient care and the development of our teams. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Health Administration, or related field (**degree certificate and professional license required**). * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in coordination or supervision roles, preferably in the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, or medical services companies). * **Desirable certifications:** Quality management, leadership, strategic planning, or finance. * **Knowledge and skills:** * Human resources management (staff supervision, performance evaluations). * Budget administration and financial control. * Implementation of policies, procedures, and quality standards. * Strategic planning and KPI monitoring. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Experience with **ERP and accounting software** (SAP or similar). * Knowledge of healthcare sector regulations (COFEPRIS, ISO 9001\). * Excellent spelling, writing, and attention to detail. * **Key competencies:** Leadership, organization, decision-making, results orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. * **Location:** Must reside near the work area (Estadio Azteca or FUCAM) with availability to supervise across different departments or branches. Main Responsibilities: * **Strategic Planning:** Define and implement goals and strategies aligned with institutional objectives. * **Personnel Management:** Supervise team members, evaluate performance, and ensure service quality. * **Financial Control:** Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure operational efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Design policies and procedures aligned with healthcare regulations and quality standards. * **Reporting and Monitoring:** Prepare managerial reports and provide timely follow-up on processes and procedures. * **Institutional Participation:** Attend meetings and events convened by Management. *(Knowledge of the gynecological sector is desirable but can be acquired during on-the-job training.)* Work Schedule: * **Monday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00**. * Availability to attend extraordinary meetings or events.
