Job Summary: Neolpharma Group is seeking a Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer Engineer to execute technology transfer and scale-up programs, ensuring proper documentation and process execution. We are looking for your talent as: PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER ENGINEER Objective: Execute the Technology Transfer and Scale-up program for each project defined in internal and external processes, including contract manufacturers. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (QFB), Industrial Pharmacy (QFI), Biopharmaceutical Chemistry (QBP), or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology Transfer and Scale-up execution. Prepare documentation required to execute Technology Transfer and/or Scale-up. Define critical parameters, controls, and attributes for each unit operation involved in Technology Transfer and/or scale-up batch manufacturing, per established requirements. Update Technology Transfer area’s PNOs (Procedural Normative Documents). Organize and plan Technology Transfer process executions with personnel from involved departments. Carry out activities specified in the job description. Deliver each project on time and as scheduled to ensure 100% compliance with the transfer program for each product.
