Job Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment responsibilities: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, communicating job offers, etc. 2. Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth processes. 3. Organize, update, and maintain employee personnel information and files. 4. Responsible for daily administrative operations, including office supply procurement, lease management, visa preparation and follow-up, etc. 5. Respond to employees’ daily inquiries regarding HR and administration, and assist in communicating company policies and notices. 6. Collaborate on other tasks assigned by headquarters. Job Requirements: 1. Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (spoken, listening, reading, and writing). 2. 1–2 years of experience in human resources or administration. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and well-organized. 4. Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
