We Offer * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:30 pm, hybrid modality * Work location: Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX * Statutory benefits + benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Development: Internal promotions + on-the-job training program + participation in international projects * Salary: $9,500 to $11,000 Requirements * Intern or graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Basic XML and HTML knowledge. * Knowledge of the Windows operating system for basic configurations. Activities in the **Implementation** area: * Development of work plans. * Customer service for follow-ups. * Monitoring and status reporting of projects. * Project documentation. Activities in the **Support** area: * Properly register, resolve, document, close, and follow up on Level 1 tickets. * Customer service through various communication channels. * Training customers and users on solutions and products. * Follow-up on cases registered in Aranda. * Analysis of problems occurring in applications to identify root-cause solutions. * Documentation of customized applications – manuals.
