Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment, including cleaning and lubrication according to established schedules. * Diagnose failures in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. * Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals. * Record maintenance activities in logbooks and management systems. * Carry out adjustments, repairs, and replacement of industrial components. * Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. * Comply with industrial safety procedures and current regulations. * Propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned maintenance and work areas. Required Knowledge: * Proper use of hand and power tools. * Advanced knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Industrial safety and current maintenance standards. * Clear interpretation of technical drawings or diagrams. * Use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
