Essential Functions: * Carry out the product process according to the Business Unit’s Safety, Quality, Organization, and Cleanliness standards. * Perform assigned activities aimed at improving productivity. * Ensure compliance with customer requirements. * Has the authority to stop production and/or shipment if product quality is compromised, in order to request the necessary support to resolve the issue. * Work safely by using all company procedures and personal protective equipment related to the job. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and in the tools used. * Understands and communicates the need for product safety. * The employee has the authority to stop the production line when detecting a product problem or quality defect. * Support PSA activities and procedures with team members. * Perform all other duties required by the nature of the position. Management and Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position is not responsible for supervising other employees. Knowledge: * Knowledge of component assembly preferred. Experience: * Experience in assembly areas preferred.
